Personal Training
A full 60-minute private training session designed around your needs. We’ll focus on your specific goals — whether that’s building strength, improving conditioning, working on technique, or rehabbing weaknesses. You’ll get hands-on coaching, personalized feedback, and exercise adjustments to make sure every movement is safe, efficient, and effective. Perfect if you want the fastest results and maximum accountability.
Postural Reprogramming Protocol
Posturology is ideal if you deal with chronic pain, recurring injuries, balance issues, migraines, or limitations that affect both daily life and performance. It’s also highly beneficial for dancers, athletes, and professionals whose bodies are under constant physical demand and who want to improve alignment, stability, and long-term resilience.
This service runs for a minimum of 12 months to complete a full postural reprogramming protocol.
Insoles (required): Specialized postural insoles must be purchased separately to support the process.
Follow-ups:
- In-person every 6 weeks for assessment and adjustments.
- Online every 3 weeks to track progress and make ongoing modifications.
